These are delicious! I make them with applesauce instead of an egg, to make it vegan, and I add about 1/4 cup of sunspire chocolate chips, and everyone in my family loves them! They have a great fudgey texture. Definitely recommend!

Love the Pamela's pancake mix. We are using it in every dish that requires some kind of flour or bread crumbs - casseroles, cakes, omelets, crapes... We have tried several mixes and this one is the best so far. Highly recommend!

The most irresistible chocolaty brownies ever!
Gluten Free Pantry brownies are the richest and most chocolaty. I used to use Pamela's, which are good also, but the GF Pantry are irresistible. Only my son has celiac sprue, but the rest of us love his brownies so much, we eat them over "regular" brownies, even though these are more expensive. He has to hide them or they are gone in a flash!

Excellent ! Great tasting and tons of protein...
Yum, these are great and packed with protein. I am always looking for high protein items to feed to my vegetarian teens. The texture of these bars is similar to a cake- like brownie...not chewy. We've ordered them more than once. The chocolate fudge flavor is chewier if you like that better and they taste great too.

Delicious Quick Protein Fix
I love Luna bars, and this is my favorite flavor. I would recommend for those of you who don't like that gritty "proteiny" taste most protein bars have. This bar actually tastes more or less like a candy bar, but without the sugar crash. They're great when I'm traveling or super busy and I don't have time to a eat a full meal.
