I purchased this product for my husband who has emphysema. The one he had before that was purchased from his pulmonary specialist, broke (The gasket wore out and it would not function properly) and needed replacement. It was every bit as good and functional as the original one.

I like this one the best
I've used several different spacers with my asthma inhalers and I like this one the best. It's not too big, works well with a variety of inhaler dispenser shapes, it's easy to clean, and mine has lasted for at least 10 years.

I was skeptical at first, there are a lot of useless gadgets out there that in theory sound good but don't perform.I was surprised at how good this worked, I tried to old fashioned syringe first and I think my son got maybe have of the medicine, so then I tried the ReliaDose, He took it all no problem.
