Best Emergen-C flavor
This (strawberry) is the best Emergen-C flavor option, in my opinion. It tastes more like fizzy strawberry sorbet than a vitamin pack. We drink Emergen-C at least twice a day through flu season to stave off any viruses floating around and to keep our immunity systems up to par. Much better tasting than Airborne too, and dissolves faster as well.

Excellent Supplement
I've been a faithful fan of EmergenC for 12 years and I can attest to its ability to be quickly absorbed by the body and provide a phenomenal pick-me-up. It was introduced to me by a martial arts master and I believe it is the best vitamin supplement out there. Highly-recommended!

We use Emergen-C in place of the gatorade-type products. It replenishes your electrolytes and doesn't contain all of the sugars in those other products. This is good stuff for athletes. The vitamins and antioxidants help with your recovery and immunity. The glucosamine helps to strengthen your knees and prevent injuries. The product that I bought came in the same blue box that you find at Trader Joe's. Shop around, sometimes Amazon has a good price on this item; sometimes not.

Number One Defense for my Body
I drink at least one, sometimes two of these a day. Not sure if they help or not, but I like the taste and I feel better shortly after taking them. I also notice that whenever I'm around sick people, it's harder for me to get sick.

can not feel the energy
I just can not directly feel the energy after drinking it. I do not know how to guage its long-term benefit, I do not really want to. However, if one is looking for an immediate feeling of "surge of energy", there are much more suitable products out there.
