I was excited to get this in the mail until I opened the box. Everything was in there but the transformer is alot smaller then what is shown in the picture and on the video. I did the first workout and burned alot of calories but unsure how effective it is because the next day I was not sore. Hopefully it does work. I will see if there are any results in a week or two.
