wow! what can i say. 690 mg of potassium. compare that to gatorade at 30mg per serving of gatorade. plus all of the other electrolytes. since i've started. no more muscle tightness. I have one every morning to replenish. love it. i'm so thankful to the person that introduced me to this drink. p.s. i'm active in the gym, jump rope and run often.

I love this drink. The pineapple flavor with the coconut tastes great. Really fuels me well in the middle of my hard workouts, but has natural ingredients and sweetener instead of high fructose sugar or artificial sweetener found in other sports drinks. Awesome.

I have tried other brands such as Sambazon, Zola and Bossa Nova. Mango has a specific scent and flavor - if you like it, this is a nice way to drink coconut juice. A big advantage of coconut water - being alkaline - is wiped out by the fruit acids - giving this mix overall an acidic ph. You still get the minerals from the coconut water.
