Go for it!
Well, it's gatorade except it's gatorade with nutrition in the form of a shake. It tasted great, and it was a good substitute for a meal. After working out, I generally don't feel like eating a protein bar so this was better as it gave me that and something to drink. Didn't quench my thirst though! Better bring a water afterwards with it.

I have tried the strawberry and van and Strawberry is much better. If you purchase from gatorade directly it is $24 a case plus shipping and handling. When you 1st click on the gatorade site it says $72.00 a case but once you put in your cart it is $24.00. Very strange.

Forget the big cannister
This is the way to do your gatorade. Chuck one of these into a liter of water and you're all set. This is also cheaper than the big cannisters (or was when I purchased it) despite the fact that it's packaged so much more conveniently. We go through a ton of this stuff with our biking and marathon training, and this makes staying hydrated and non-bonked a lot easier.
