Sonicare is the best.
I have been using the Sonicare for about 10 years now and along with a flossing and waterpic routine that I have established, I have had no appearance of cavities. These replacement brush heads work well. I love the Oral-B toothbrush they fit. I will never go back to a regular brush. When I've had to use on because I ran out of replacement heads, I didn't feel like I'd really brushed my teeth. The electric toothbrush gets your mouth clean.

better than just brushing
Everytime I use my Oral B my teeth feel like I just had a profession cleaning at the dentist. The claim that your teeth will be noticably whiter in 21 days is certainly true. What I like most about my Oral B is that is encourages you to get into a routine; clean and floss at bed time and polish the next morning. I only wish I had bought one years ago.

This system with its soft brush attachment worked very well right after dental implant surgery which requires scrupulous cleaning 3x a day. There are several brush attachments, one for every need.
