i am on a no dairy,no soy, no egg and no gluten diet. this bar satisfies all these dietary restrictions. plus it is low in sugar(5 grams) and low in carns (11 grams). and it is organic and rich in omega-3's.

Good tasting and Good for you

This is an excellent source for omegas and EFAs and also great tasting. All the benefits with out the drive to the healthfood store and their high markup on the price. Fantastic product from OUTSIDE the US because of uneconomic gullible politician false impressions.

So very delicious!
We love these at our house. My preschooler loves them, and it's a nice, pure form of protein and fiber for her. They are filling, satisfying, and super yummy. They also cost a lot more at the grocery store, if you can even find them there. If you have a taste for health foods, and want a sweet and filling trail bar, try these!

Hemp seeds are such a good source of live enzymes, zinc and protein. I use these to make milk. Just put one cup of refridgerated water, 2 or 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds, dash of salt and vanilla extract (optional) and whirl away in a high powered blender.
