They have a wee bit more extra tid bits of leaves or the odd twig compared to the Navitas Naturals dried goji berries. We have used these (I have ordered 4 for each family member) and it has helped keep our sinus's clear. I am trying to cut down my dependency on sinus medication and this has really helped. I find using this in the morning is better than using it at night. Nighttime use seems to stop my ears up a little, but my husband likes to use it at night. To each his own.

Helpful Stuff!
I've used this stuff for over a year now whenever I am having sinus trouble. I really seems soothing to use in the neti pot water, and I seem to get over colds much faster. Also, I like the way this formulation smells much better than I like the one that is formulated without zinc! Once I had to buy the other one b/c I couldn't find the one with zinc.

Best Green Tea!
A little expensive, but extremely good. I can tell a big difference from cheaper teas, such as Tazo-brand green teas. I drink it on special occasions, maybe twice a week. Very mild, non-bitter flavor and aroma. I find this to be one of my favorites. There is a lot of waste in throwing out the aluminum container the tea comes in, please recycle!

Nice natural product for on the go... a better Vicks inhaler. However, while it provides a nice "breath" of clear invigorating air, it doesn't really clear out my sinuses the way the Neti Pot does. However, I guess I shouldn't have expected that it would.
