I used the 3-blade cartridges from Gilette but didn't like them because they gave me more irritation. I have a sensitive skin. I think the actual blades are made from the same sharp metal just 2 here Vs more in the newer cartridges (though I'm not 100% sure). I prefer these because they give somewhat less irritation. Good Razor, Good Deal
Compare the price to retail stores, and you find out that this is a good deal, only with subscribe and save. My limit for razors is <$1.50 / razor and this makes the cut (ha ha, and yes, you should do the math). The shave is comparable to a Schick Extreme-3, with a slightly better lubrication strip.
