Yes, the Rohto V is pretty intense when you first drop it in your eye. Maybe I didn't think it was that bad because the first time I used it my friend had some and wanted me to try it, and he warned me ahead of time what it was like. sensitive eyes
the sensation is cool and minty, but It might not suit very sensitive eyes, or people having allergies,, my eyes are red most of the times.. I used it 2 times first thing in the morning and it made my eyes more red.. I think for me 1 drop a day is more than enough,, i cant tolerate more..
