A Life Saver!
Since using the SinuCleanse/Neti Pot system, my severe allergy and sinus problems have been so much easier to deal with. It's not a cure all but it effectively relieves irritation and clears sinus and throat congestion. Relief!!

AWESOME
This could be the best invention for fast acting allergy relief I've ever used. I have terrible seasonal allergies and took medications almost daily but it took at least an hour to get any relief. With this little pot I get relief in as little as five minutes. This thing rocks, a little gross at times, but still rocks. I've been telling everyone about it that complain about their allergies.

I have the SinuCleanse pot and tried to use 1/8 tsp non-iodized salt instead of these saline packets and it wasn't the same and it was actually irritating at times (maybe too strong). As a result I have gone to using the SinuCleanse Saline Solution packets. I use 1/2 packet and fill to about 3 oz and I do this twice (using 1 packet) every morning and night. I have never heard of a Neti Pot before the Oprah show. I was horribly congested and bought one. I now use it all the time, especially with my allergies.
