Keeps Hunger at Bay
I bought this product because I don't always have time for a meal. I usually drink Slim-Fast but unfortunately it never really made me feel full. Great Nutritional Drink
I am a type one diabetic who is trying to reduce the number of carbs and increase the amount of protein in my diet. I drink one of these for breakfast and it holds me over until lunch.
