Surprisingly, it does the job
I used to use a tempurpedic memory foam pillow. It worked for a while to ease morning neck stiffness, but after a while, it didn't retain enough support to properly position my neck. What I found really useful about this pillow is the strap. Anyone with a L-Spine problem knows that getting up after sitting a while is the worst of all movements. With the strap you can wear the thing like a geisha roll around the house and get up and down at will and not have to adjust it much as you re-seat yourself. The strap also works well to keep it in place on office desk chairs, etc.
