great organic soup with Italian flavor
This soup is just great. Our whole family loves it, especially with some grated Parmesan on top. It's not too heavy but tastes delicious and Italian - like real minestrone. Enjoy!

Tasty, spicey but slow.
I've tried four products in this line and they are uniformly tasty and hearty. I say this as opposed to the unsually bland cup-of-whatevers. The only downside is that they take longer to reconstitute than most. It takes close to 10 minutes and a couple extra shots from the mircrowave to make sure you don't have crunchy noodles or rice. Luv this stuff!
Wow....a little disappointed in the previous review. Not sure what would make the soup taste cardboard-ish just because it was ordered from Amazon. I, too, buy mine in local supermarket. It's fabulous and has become a weekly (sometimes bi-weekly) dinner staple at my house. I'm going to order it from here and see what happens. If it turns out to be cardboard-ish tasting I'll downgrade my review.

Great for Lunch
Tasty soup, filling. Beans, pasta, chunks of veggies and a good flavor. I leave it sit for about 15 minutes instead of ten for softer beans. I'm going to order it again.

Very Good Low Calorie Soup
Easy to make. It has 8 grams of dietary fiber which is awesome per 1 cup serving. It is 2 weight watchers points which makes it great for anytime. My kids really liked it also.

Hands down my favorite soup
This is literally my favorite soup. I typically have it 2-3 times per week for dinner, that's how much I love it. Very tasty tomato-based broth, excellent minestrone. Highly recommended!!
