definitely provides more energy. I usually have a sip or two if I'm feelling a little sluggish. I agree with some of the other reviews with regards to feeling jittery. my solution to that is, don't down the whole bottle in one sitting. I'll usually take half the bottle, or less, then a little more when I need it. after opening the bottle, it should be discarded within 72 hrs. :-)

Taste like Lemon!
I was worried this will still taste fishy in some ways but to my surprise, it doesn't taste fishy at all. I take it by a teaspoon every morning and it does make me burp throughout the day but I only taste the lemon, no fish taste! I probably burp a lot due to my pregnancy but I am happy to know I am getting enough EPA for myself and my new child coming soon at the end of the year. :)
