I put a star because I had to not because I thought it was even worth a star. It is over priced and a basic pillow will do the same thing, but much cheaper. I only bought the short Pivot. I did not buy the other portions. Now if the whole thing cost the price of just one item it might be worth it. Basically it is supposed to help keep your spine in-line. MY SURGEON TOLD ME TO GET IT !!!
