The batteries for the heart rate monitor were dead..,it would have been less time consuming to go to a sporting goods store and just buy each item individually.

Fun and useful
Friends and I decided to set monthly fitness goals based on body fat rather than weight. This device makes that so easy to track. I swear it gives me a low measurement, but I guess that's encouraging. It's easy to get obsessive and start checking it all the time. Before and after meals, morning and night, etc, but it really is a good way to track performance week to week or month to month.

Body Fat Analyzer
Used the Omron Body Fat Analyzer then had the calipers done at the gym. The numbers were the same. It is much easier and less time consuming than the calipers. The company this came from was prompt and would get my business again anytime.
