Yummy and helpful!
I love the flavor of this Slim Fast shake! I keep a couple in the fridg. to keep cold so they will be ready at a moments notice. I use them when I am hungry to stave off that "starvation" feeling for a while longer when I need to finish a job.

i'm in the process of losing weight and thought i had to get rid of sweets altogether...so it's nice that there's a line of tasty choco bars to help you lose weight. i've already lost 19 pounds over the last 2 months...but don't eat too much at once, cuz they can produce a laxative effect. but delicious flavor, it's def. one of my fave slim fast products.

Helps control hunger/blood sugar.
I frequently have to work till 6:30 or 7:00 PM and a can of this great chocolate flavored drink in the late afternoon is a wonderful snack that keeps me going! It's better than the regular slim fast because of the lower carbs. So it helps hunger and doesn't give my blood sugar an unneeded boost when I drink a can. Thanks Slim Fast!

Good product but still has milk protein
This product is good for those who do not tolerate lactose very well and is a great substitute for the regular slim fast. However, for those who are not simply lactose intolerant but also have a milk allergy, be aware that the product still contains milk protein, so you will still have an allergic reaction. Otherwise, it's great.

Amazing!
I eat this as a snack from time to time when I have a sweet tooth. I bring it to class with me and I am never disappointed. This bar tastes so good, just what I was looking for.
