Super crunchy crackers, just the right size for dipping or spreading. I love that these come in calorie-controlled portions of 120 cal and 4 g fiber. Full of heart-healthy MUFAs, too. Yummy!

best crackers ever!
I love these crackers, and at $6-7 a container in the grocery store (probably more at small chains...), it's definitely worth it to stock up. Very healthy and tasty! The classic 3 seed is my favorite, but I like the Pumpkin Cheese too...any particular reason they cost $6 more?

I Love it!
I love this little snack holder. I put the dip portion in one cup holder and the bottom with the veggies in the other and can snack while running around. The little ice pack fits in and kept things cool, but I didn't test the 6 hours, had the snacks gone within 2. Nice sleek design and handy with the clip on the lid. Am very pleased with this purchase.

I have 3 kids and was looking for crackers for my kids and my snacker husband that have no additives, no sugar, whole wheat and are suitable for snacking. I love these crackers and can safely leave them out on the counter for snacking. No sugar means they don't get devoured. Yummy healthy crackers
We tried these while wine tasting and they are just the best. The seeds and grains add a healthy hearty flavor and texture. It's hard to find good crackers that are not full of empty carbs. We tracked them down at Amazon and are so happy to have them in our home!

Very tasty & healthy
I first discovered these crackers when looking for an alternative to wheat due to allergies. They're very hearty and go well with a lot of spreads/toppings. The combination of the seeds makes for a great nutty flavor.

Love it!
I love this item. It isn't so big that it takes up a lot of room, yet it is roomy enough for a nice serving of veggies. The dip container is a good size too. I use it almost everyday.
