I am still relatively new to taking sublingual B-12 but wanted to add that I am happy to find this supplement, as it contains more than B-12 (and a nice compliment to the B-12.) As for the company, I was quite impressed with their speedy shipment.

So chew a little
This product does not dissolve as quickly as others, it's true. But I see no reason why this should be a deal-breaker. If you bite into the tablet once or twice you'll find it dissolves rather quickly, especially if you move it around in your mouth a little. Taje it, love it, stop and you'll know it!
I have been taking this specific brand of sublingual B-12 for the last 9 months. I ran out for a month and noticed the change drastically. I was tired a lot. It tastes great and it will really give you that extra spurt of energy! I seem to get sick less with colds also.

Under the tounge, swallow, or chew
These B vitamins are a good choice if you don't mind a little vitamin-y taste and a lump under your tounge. In exchange for that, you get a very effective, fast acting B vitamin. Makes methyl B-12 easy to swallow!
Best tasting methyl B-12 I've found and definitely the best price. These sublingual tablets are a little slower to dissolve than some I have tried, which is not a problem as they are not sticky or grainy. I will definitely stay with this brand!

Great product
It helps me with sleeping every day. The bottle is big. One bottle should last at least one year for two people. You only need a couple of drops each time. Two bottles are too much. I gave the other bottle away as a gift.
