Easy on the go heat
I love how portable this is. I'm pregnant and get lower back pain often. I keep one at work and one at home. In just minutes I have heated relief. It's nice. I'm also currently stationed overseas and it's nice not to have to worry about what voltage my heating pad is.

The directions lead you to believe you must wait 2 hours or so, however, I have never had to wait. When it cools off I put it back in the microwave for up to 2 minutes. I have had and used my product for more than 4 years. It is the best for arthritis.
