this makes a rich, satisfying dessert. it has 17 grams of sugar which is a little high but it also has 3 grams of fiber.i like this bar as a reward at the end of the day along with watching csi reruns.

Delicious bars. Note that the product name as of 8/28/08 says "Pack of 9" but the image indicates "18-pack." I placed an order a few days ago and hopefully it will be an 18-pack, as the price makes more sense. I'll update this review when I receive my order.

My Favorite Snack Bar
I've tried them all and this is the best! Perfect for breakfast or a snack on the go. I love banana bread, banana nut muffins, etc. and this is a delicious and healthy alternative. Chewy nummy goodness!
The Peanut Butter Chocolate chip is my favourite! Delicious, chewy, without the overpowering soy weirdness taste you usually find. They're just fine to me!
I've read several reviews stating that the Emerald nuts are too salty or stale. I received my shipment yesterday and have been very pleased with them. I can see where they would be too salty for some folks, but I think the walnuts and pecans, by virtue of shape, will collect more salt than the almonds or cashews. Overall great quality.
