I've tested 5 brands of Saint John's Wort ( this may come as a suprise to you, but some brands fill their capsules with MAINLY some kind of buffer as SJW and many supplements are not regulated ), and this one is the best deal considering the cost and quality of the product together. However, if you don't mind spending more, Eclectic Institute is another excellent brand worthy of consideration.

I've been using Perika for several months and I've found that it's working better for me than any other brand of St. John's Wort. I've suffered depression for years and this product has helped me.
