I purchased this item along with a Polar heart rate monitor. The combination enables me to maintain my heart rate within the desired range during cardio exercises. I have also observed that this transmitter works with many of the treadmills, bicycles and eliptical machines at the gym so I can monitor my heart rate on the readout panel of the machine without checking my wrist monitor.

I've only gotten to use them 2 or 3 times since I got them but the certainly help a lot with exercises like pull-ups. They have a fair amount of padding so it's a bit odd to hold bars and thick rubber grips on machines, but I got used to it pretty fast.

This Garter belt is Much Smaller than implied by the measurements. The XX-Large size is supposed to be from "45 to 48 inches". When the velcro is fastened at it's largest, the belt measures 38 inches. Yes, it will stretch to 45", but it's not at all comfortable when stretched 7 or more inches. An EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING Product.
