I wore out many back braces before I found this one. The adjustable straps helps with my many moods. On good days, when there is little pain, I can keep it loose for min. support. On the worst days, being able to sinch it in tight really helps.

I purchased this item along with a Polar heart rate monitor. The combination enables me to maintain my heart rate within the desired range during cardio exercises. I have also observed that this transmitter works with many of the treadmills, bicycles and eliptical machines at the gym so I can monitor my heart rate on the readout panel of the machine without checking my wrist monitor.

Best I've used
I'm on my second pair (eventually you are going to tear them up depending on how hard you work out). Once I'm through these I'll buy them again, I have some wrist problems and these really help out a lot. The way the wrap is incorporated into the glove, IMHO, makes them more effective than just using a wrap.

The binder is good--it is just the right width so that it does not curl at the waist when being worn. It also fits well underneath the breasts. The only problem with it is that it is a bit difficult to fasten nice and straight like it is in the photo, and the inside could be made of softer material for wearing under clothing.

large size fits well. i needed the larger one as my muscle developed. the earlier one from Futuro only had a medium size. the only downside to this product is the back of the knee is close/ covered. If the back was open, it would have allowed better ventilation. sounds minor, but it is a major issue if you plan on wearing this every day for more than 8 hours a day.

Awesome
I've only gotten to use them 2 or 3 times since I got them but the certainly help a lot with exercises like pull-ups. They have a fair amount of padding so it's a bit odd to hold bars and thick rubber grips on machines, but I got used to it pretty fast.

Much Smaller than Stated
This Garter belt is Much Smaller than implied by the measurements. The XX-Large size is supposed to be from "45 to 48 inches". When the velcro is fastened at it's largest, the belt measures 38 inches. Yes, it will stretch to 45", but it's not at all comfortable when stretched 7 or more inches. An EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING Product.
