My whole family uses this. It provides great protection, goes on smoothly and without leaving white residue. I find the smell pleasant. It was also rated by EWG.org as 0 meaning low toxicity level which is very important for something that will be absorbed by the skin.

Excellent for recovery
This product is great for recovery although I wouldn't reccomend taking it everyday because it conflicts with some of my other supplements. Great for getting the proper sleep needed during intense training periods. Take it on an empty stomach 30-45 minutes before going to sleep on intense training days.

I use this product and it is great! I use it for my seborrheic dermatitis on my face-and if I use dermazince I just don't get it. In the beginning you do have to use it 1-2 times a day to resolve it-but then 3-4 times a week keeps it at bay. It is a miracle.
