Needed to take my time reading this. Not really an "easy read". A lot to take in, but still a very good book.

Change Your Thoughts - Change Your Life: Living the Wisdom of the Tao

This book has truly transformed me and in a GREAT way! I saw Dr. Dyer on our local PBS station talking about the book and immediately had to purchase this item. I have been an avid follower of Dr. Dyer and I must say this book and the teaching of the Tao is the BEST. I have been told by several people just in my first week of putting the Tao into practice that, "I can see a big difference in you. You seem to be at peace" and even had a long time friend of mine tell me, "Wow, you are dangerous now. This knowledge has made you an even better person." I have since purchased the book for others via itunes and bookstores. I would recommend this to anyone - especially "control freaks". "Let Go and Let God" or better yet, "Do the Tao. Do The Tao Now!"

Living the Wisom of the Tao

I love Wayne Dyer, but I do not think that I have devoloped enough to understand Eastern religion. I cannot simply get with the go to the flow theme. You have to put yourself out there before you can see the changes. I think that I must misunderstand the ideas behind what he is saying. In the end, I just do not get it.
