Heart felt testimony showing stardom is not always pretty!!

I am an avid reader and also a Korn fan, once I got this book I could not put it down. "Head" delivers a emotional message that "with the good comes the bad". If your worried about this book "preaching", That is the farthest thing from the truth. He just explains his experiences in life without a hint of any condesending attitude. The book is a auto-biography and a very well written one. I recommend this to anyone who loves a good story!!- Dave Minyard

Save me from god.

A must read for all Korn fans, without a doubt. But only the first 100 pages.
Unless you are a believer yourself, there is really no need to go beyond the first 100 pages.

Good read for the first part

If you are a fan of Korn (or even just the older Korn) the first part of this book is incredibly good. It gives you such a good insight on what the band was like behind the scenes, not to mention why Brian left the group.

I am however disappointed in the last portion of the book. As mentioned prior, I feel like Brian is trying to force the idea of God onto his readers. I got to the point where I really didn't want to read the rest since every aspect of his life was affected by God, controlled by God. He didn't just decide to have faith in God anymore, he is consumed by Him and anything to do with Him.

Worth Reading...Most of it

I'm a long time Korn fan, so I felt that I had to read this book. The first two thirds is Brian's life before and during Korn. It was a little redundent on the drug use, trying to quit, going back to drugs. The last thrid is how Brain found God, quit Korn and how God took over his life. It was intresting, but a bit preachy. I think the book is worth reading, but I did consider only reading the first two-thirds of the book.
