Excellent Book

This is exactly what I needed. I'm a photographer, but only recently bought Photoshop. He writes well, and is easy to understand. I would have preferred better photos but, this is not supposed to be a coffee table book on great photography.

Very helpful and interesting.

I just purchased Elements 5 and love it. This book is very helpful.
The before and after pictures are really nice. You get to see what can be done. Very good.

I'm a newbie to photoshop and this book is perfect to show how to use photoshop- from the simple to the complex. Kelby knows how to cut out the technical jargon and go right to the hands on and make Photoshop very user friendly. Highly recommend.

Photoshop Book

For fast learning, Scott Kelby can't be beat. And he's especially good on something like Elements 5.

Excellent Book!

Scott Kelby does a wonderful job explaining every detail, in step-by-step instructions. I learn so much every time I flip through the book. I especially like the section about creating Photo Slide Shows, as well as various ways to convert to black and white without using the remove color option. Photoshop Elements 5.0 is software which I recommend almost on a daily basis, along with Kelby's book. A worthwhile purchase if you want to really learn Elements inside and out!
