Good lens for indoor sports

I use this lens for photographing my daughters basketball games. For the price this is a great lens. I put my ISO to 1600 and my speed ranges from 300 to 400. The only thing I wished is that I could have found a wider angle lens like a 35mm with the same f-stop because sometime 50mm is too much

Sharper shots with Cannon EF 50

I purchased the EF 50 f/1.8II because I was so unhappy with the level of focus I was getting with Cannon's kit lens. I asked around and received a lot of input on this prime lens before I purchased it. I'm very pleased with the sharp shots I'm getting now. Lens that won't break your budget

I bought this lens for my husband who is a budding photographer. We just upgraded our camera set up from a point and shoot to the Canon EOS 40D 10.1MP Digital SLR Camera (Body Only).
I have to say he has taken some amazing shots! I only wish I had purchased it sooner for our daughter's wedding.
This lens for the price packs a great value!
