this product works great. it performs good wet or dry, it really makes little difference. for the price, with all the accessories i would definitely say it is a great buy.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do - trim without hurting. Much less painful than other solutions.

Ouch!

So, after reading the mixed reviews on here, I decided all the people cutting themselves with this gadget must have been improperly using it and that it would make a great addition to my grooming routine.........

I'm here to tell you that if you are interested in SHAVING (not trimming) anything "downtown", you are in for a very painful experience.

The trimming functions work awesomely, great for anywhere below the neck and especially below the waist. HOWEVER, once I tried straight shaving, I was almost brought to tears. This thing pulled, tugged and CUT skin in ways I'd rather not like to relive. I made sure to read the entire instruction pamphlet and followed it perfectly...to no avail.

So, if you are looking to trim-up (or prep for shaving) this makes things VERY easy and works just as it should...but if you plan on shaving anything with it, you might be in for a very painful experience. Honestly, you're better off with a good ol' fashioned gilette.

I can only guess that the mixed reviews on here are a result of different skin/hair types. It wold only be fair to say that this might work beautifully for you, but my experiences were otherwise.

Does what advertised

There's really no other product aimed at this purpose so if you need a body groomer, this is pretty much what you get.. The only drawback I felt was that it can get jammed very easily.
