Hydroxcut Hardcore is good stuff

This is by far the best fat loss product I have used. I started losing weight about a year ago when I reached my peak of 210 pounds at the age of 16. I started to hate myself and made a change and got myself down to 165 all naturally and for a while i hit this plateu. I always wanted to stay natural but after 3 months of being stuck I learned that my body needs some sort of extra push. This was it. in a week I dropped 10 pounds, I mean not good but i, like anyone eles, will not complain about results. I took 1 pill from 1-3 days and 2 from 4-7. amazing results. I mean its not magic but it is a good weight loss pill. I also worked out 6 days a week with weights, and also do 5 miles per day on the stair stepper and watched my diet. If you want to reach your goal fast this is the real deal. Follow the direction on bottle and all will work.

*BE CAREFUL- this raises you heart rate incredibily. I was doing my cardio and felt like my heart was going to erupt. #

For any diet plan be careful not to overdo anything, I feel my first week I did, which is not good. Only reason being is our body does not like dramatic changes. Things that are cooked slower for a longer period of time will taste better then if you just turn up the heat and try to cook it faster. Same way with your body dont cut out everything, follow a decent plan, you may not see results by the first week, with or without the diet pill, but at the end of the month there will be a big difference. Give it a try if your stuck, may give you the 6pack you always wanted. *No such thing as magic in this world, you work of every pound you lose, this pill just helps.

ABOUT THE ENERGY RUSHES-- The energy rush does not come from the pill, for every 3 pils it is equivilant to like 2 cups of coffe which isn't that much. The energy comes from the food you eat that the pill breaks down. If you dont eat you will have energy crashes b/c the pill has caffinee in it but as soon as that wears of it will go to the food you have eaten. If you dont eat you will expirence energy crashes, which are not good in the middle of workouts.

I usually use the Ripped Fuel, which is a great product, but I heard such raves about this one that I had to give it a try.

after one month of using it, this is what I experienced.

Abnormal Bowl movement.
Restless sleep
some good physical results i.e 1 inch off my waist
Dehydration
and mild stomach cramps.

so all in all, the product was just not working the way I wanted it to for me, so I'll stick to ripped fuel, just because I've had awesome results with that.

But I know it has worked for others and they have had some great results.

I was impressed with the prompt delivery of this product. I have been taking the regular Hydroxycut before and I needed a boost from the original. This new Hydroxy Hardcore is great, exactly what I needed. I have lots of enerygy without the funny stomache feeling. Also, I haven't had that crash, when the pill starts to wear off. I usually take the pills for about 3 weeks, then take a break. Through out the break, I have not had to depend on the pills at all. I like the new Hydroxycut Hardcore. If you need a boost from the original Hydroxycut, this is the way to go.
