An excellent monitor

I purchased this monitor recently and i am really impressed with it. I have a laptop at home and i connected this monitor as an external display. With a little bit of work, i had the monitor setup and and it works really great. The colours are rich and i have to say that the monitor is so bright that i had to reduce the brightness. This was my first monitor and it is worth the price. You cant get such a good piece for this price.

15pin D-sub worked better than the DVI Digital Link... use the 15pin D-sub to connect to pc.

Excellent Monitor

This is a GREAT monitor! Cannot be more enthusiastic. However!!! Do not get it from where I got it from, RitzCamera. They have horrible service, and they sent me a monitor with one dead pixel, and is not willing to exchange or return within 1 month of receiving the package.

This is a good

I have a couple of Dell flat panel monitors at work, and I am running DVI on one and VGA on the other (yuck). I have a dual-head setup on my Mac G5, and I alternate using a KVM switch between remote desktop and direct login to my XP laptop (also yuck). The color-shift on them is pretty bad when you look at the monitor at an angle. There is no noticable color shift on this monitor, and it's the same price as the Dells.

At home I have an old Dell 19" CRT that is nice, but GIGANTIC. Next to it sits my wee Mac Mini. The DVI connection works right out of the box. You don't have to install any drivers for the Mac (of course), and I didn't need to use the Mac DVI adapter thingy that the instructions said I would need.

The monitor tilts, but doesn't swivel. I plan to get an acrylic stand that goes over the Mini, and further reduce the footprint on my desk. The stand is about as wide as the Mini. My JBL Creature II speakers also fit nicely under the screen, which is where I had them with the CRT.

I am very happy with my product

Al my family is very happy with aour new monitor, we were waitin for it during one month (since my purchase 12/02/2007 until we received 02/01/2007) but it is worth it. I recommend the provider. Congratulations
