Budget, schmudget

This program is a must have to get your financial house in order. I was looking for this type of program since Money 2000! It gives you a roadmap of your finances, where it was spent, how much of it and how much surplus you have. Every dollar/cent has a job (rule #2 per the guide), if not spent then save it, or pay extra on your credit cards. You won't be dissapointed with this God-sent utility.

Fantastic Budgeting Software

Great budgeting program. The good thing about the software application is not only the software, but the 10 day course that comes with it. It seems that there was a great deal of time and energy put into developing all parts of this program. I bought a copy for myself and also one for my sister. I think I'm going to buy a copy for one of my other sisters as well. Again I can't say enough about how good this package is. I have saved much more money using it. It is well worth the $39.95. Keep up the good work! I look forward to seeing what's in the works next.

Words Can't Describe....

It's eye-opening, to say the least. It will change the way you think about your money, or in my case, it made me *start* thinking about my money. It's easy to use and has an incredible support system. We found Microsoft Money to be clumsy, difficult to use and uninspired so we tossed it out. (Why would you purchase a program that has a 360 page 'For Dummies' book written for it? Not to mention the 2 1/2 to 3 star rating...)

Finally in control of my finances

Fantastic software. After years of living in and out of credit I finally got the help I needed. YNAB pro is fantastic. I now know where every penny goes and feel totally in control of choosing what to spend my money on.
In the past I was surprised when a large bill came my way, as I had not found a way of anticipating such expenses. Now my bank balance is always positive and large expenses planned for long in advance.
The money to buy this software is an investment to a peaceful financial future.

You will not regret buying this program!

YNAB will not solve world peace, but it can bring some peace to your world. It cannot prevent your husband from haphazardly using his Visa card, but it can show your husband the negative effect using his card has on your vacation fund. YNAB will not pay your bills for you, but it will give you the proper tools to aid in your quest to stop living paycheck to paycheck. It will not baby sit your kids, but it will help you find some extra cash to pay the teenager down the street to baby sit for you. I have not found a better budgeting program out there; all of the creator's "Rules" make sense and will work when applied in the real world. You could use his rules and do your own budget in excel, but who really has that kind of time? And YNAB-Pro comes equipped with more features then your technically savvy husband could create on two pots of coffee. His concepts are not new or unique, but they make sense and he backs it all up with a very user-friendly program. I have to admit that I was a little gun shy about purchasing this software, but it was the absolute best money I have ever spent. It's everything a budgeting program should be and so much more. You will not regret buying this program!
