Three Weeks With My Brother - outstanding!

Excellent! Hard to put down. Warm, humorous, tender, inspiring, with segments of sadness, tragedy and growth. Two brothers travelling together, discovering not only new parts of the world, but discovering themselves and each other in the process. Interesting from world history and geographical perspective as well as the workings of the inner soul and heart. Great book to read and to share. Life changing.

One of Nicholas Sparks' best books.

I have read almost all of the books by Nicholas Sparks and this is one of his best! I enjoyed learning more about him in a very interesting way.

I've been a fan of Nicholas Sparks pretty much since the beginning of his career as an author. This book didn't let me down. It introduced me to the same Nicholas put on a more real level. He shared personal struggles, triumphs, and overall relationship with his family. The book left me wanting to call my family and letting them know how much they mean to me. I would recommend this book.

Aren't Catholics Christians?

Doesn't Nicholas Sparks believe in the New Testament? Doesn't he believe Jesus's words, "I am the resurrection and the life?" To him, his beloved family members are simply "gone," and he seems to think he'll never see them again. If Catholicism can't offer him anyting better than this, in spite of his intense devotion, I would urge him to check out the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (The Mormons). One of our favorite children's songs is "Families Can Be Together Forever." We belive it.

Three Weeks with My Brother

This is a wonderful heartwarming story about the adventures of Sparks with his brother through South America. I enjoyed the way the adventure story was intertwined with the autobiography of Sparks.
