I agree completely.

I agree with the other reviews. My son discovered his firefly at around 6 weeks, and at almost 6 months it is still his favorite toy!

All 3 of my babies have loved this.

I don't know what it is about this thing, but all three of my children have been infatuated with it. I think we were given this toy 6 years ago when my first child was born. My third child is 5 months now, and like her two older siblings, she is nuts about this toy. It's been the favorite for each of them. It's easy for them to grip, even at only a couple of months old. She won't stop manipulating it and crinkling it -- if there is any negative at all, it's that we can't give it to her at church or anywhere where we need her to be quiet because she's constantly shaking it and crinkling the wings. Nice teether toys, too.

Freddie - my baby!

My wife and I purchased this in anticipation of our first child. Unfortunately she had a miscarriage. But over time we became so attached to Freddie the Firefly that we decided not to have kids. He's very cute, cuddly, and we can just imagine him talking, growing up, going to school, and one day having kids of his own. We cut a hole for his mouth (comes with a line so it's easy to cut), and we feed him different baby foods. At the end of the week, we just throw him in the washer.

His favorite toy!

This is my son's favorite toy! He loves all of the different things going on with it, and he loves the crinkling of the wings. I give this 5 stars!
