This book is informative. Makes sense out of everyday occurences in the body and we learn how to help the body work and survive to health. I am sold on taking food supplements for every age. We just can't get all of the nutrients we need by good food alone. Well worth your time in reading.

This book is absolutely right on the mark about nutrition being the basis of disease. I see it over and over and have experienced it in my own life. This book has changed my own health and the health of many of my patients. I strongly recommend it for anyone wanting to live a better quality of life for a longer period of time. This book is a must read and keep book. There is so much that medical doctors do not know about nutrition---they know medications and disease but physicians have such limited knowledge about prevention and nutrition. (I work in the medical field and see this first hand every day.)
