WD HD 320GB

Very convenient for the traveler. Compact and lots of space for video and images, as well as for encrypted back up of your computer's documents and folder (easy to use backup software included)

Good device

Nice, compact little drive that almost fits in your pocket. No problems with the USB cables as many users have reported. I've tried it on a 6 years old PC and it still worked, if you have something older than that you should consider upgrading your PC instead of complaining about the hard drive. It comes pre-formatted with FAT32, but if you want to store files greater than 1 GB you might want to format it to NTFS before you use the drive. A little note that actual storage space is about 290-297 GB not 320 as it says on the box.

Not satisfied with the dealer

I was not at all satisfied with the dealer of this product. They displayed a different product on their web site...specifically because of which I paid an extra $10 cause it was exactly like my previous one which got stolen.
On receiving a different model, I called them up to let them know of the error. But the customer service representative was not able to login to the Amazon portal and help me out.

The passport was received in excellent condition (new). I have already stored much data (pics, tunes and text) with plenty of room to spare.
