good product, hard to install

This product worked great, once we got it in. The instructions were incorrect, and we had to make 2 trips to the Home Depot to get tools that weren't specified, so the installation took a long time. Now that it's up, it's very solid and works great.

Mounting Bracket

Easy to install. Great directions. I liked the way the manufacturer took into account all possible TV's by sending many different machine screws to accomodate many television manufacturers. They did there homework.
