Excellent Bread Machine

This is a great bread machine. I borrowed a white bread recipe from someone online and adapted it slightly, and it is always perfect. For anyone who is discouraged with making a good loaf, try this. Put one cup of warm water, 1 pkg of yeast, and 2 tablespoons of white sugar into the machine. Let it dissolve and sit in the machine for ten minutes. Then, add 3 cups of flour, 1 tsp. salt, and 1/4 cup of cooking oil. I use plain, bleached flour, nothing fancy. Use the 1 1/2 # loaf cycle, white bread, and a medium crust. This will rise beautifully and give you the nicest loaf of white bread that you can imagine. We love the new bread machine!
