Great Value!

This body fast analyzer is priced right, and will give you a consistent reading. As a Personal Trainer, I've found this to be a good tool to use. While arguements can be made concerning the overall accuracy of bioelectrical impedence for calculating body fat, the truth is none of the body fat tests are absolutely accurate.

I have opportunity to compare with other brands to measure % body fat and always I have the same results with "Omron HBF-306C Fat Loss Monitor" than others.
I think this is an excellent way to check and to control at home or professionaly.I like it.

Fat Loss Monitor != Bodyfat Monitor

This fat loss monitor is completely inaccurate when the number is taken at face value. The *only* value of this product is to track the change in bodyfat over time if and only if you ensure the measurements are taken under the same physiological conditions, under the same environmental conditions, and your body composition is a standard deviation or two from average.

This means always measure before working out, when your skin is dry, your heartrate is at resting, and while holding it properly (directly out in front of you with the arms fully extended). Write down the number, test yourself again in six weeks, and use the change in the number to determine your progress.
