good phone

i use it for personal and not business use so i use windows mobile 6.1 instead of the palm os or my company's os. if you can upgrade i'd highly recommend getting 6.1. watching youtube videos and web browsing is pretty easy and windows mobile in general is like an extension of your desktop, and syncing is easy if you use windows. i'm a mac user but there are programs you can download from windows mobile to sync to a mac. the phone is pretty but not overly hefty, which i think is an advantage over the lighter blackberry. the casing is also better in that it feels more secure in your hand than the blackberry does. my girlfriend has a blackberry and i'd prefer my phone over hers anyday. i'd say the blackberry does have a better keyboard, the treo's takes some getting used to but once your comfortable its farily easy, although i find typos when i type fast. one-hand operation is pretty easy as well.

I had a Treo 650 2 years ago (ran over it with my car), then went with the Moto Q a year ago (wish I had ran it over with my car). I could not wait to get rid of my Moto Q. Now (4/2008) I have the Treo 750. I'll update this review by Jan '09, but for now this phone is perfect.

I have seen no issues with battery life...but then I don't talk on the phone for more than about 20 minutes a day (I have a life). This phone comes with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, & Outlook) so you can save your files on here and then take then with you. Always get the replacement issurance plan with a phone like this.

Some of my associates have BlackBerrys...you need that if every email for you is life or death. If you don't need instant emails, then this is the better of the two phones. I may have seen something in the features that will allow the 750 to receive almost instant emails...I need to figure out all the features.

You will love the way several good devices are combined into one: Phone, Palm Pilot, Music Player, Video Player, Video Camera, Digital Camera, Document Reader, too many more to list here. Basically you can clear out all the handheld gadgets you own and replace them all with the Treo 750.

My only issue is that Palm should send you an instructional DVD with this phone covering all of the features. The user booklet that comes with the phone is almost useless. You will have to take a sojourn from life to become familiar with all the features. But ATT customer service is just a 1-800 call or a text message away and they are very customer oriented.

great phone

went from a flip phone to a pda so i didnt think i would like this phone but i love it dont know what i would do with out it . to bad it it only comes in 2 colors
