Works good, but Sandisk website SUCKS for returns

I had this for about 6 months before it started causing errors on my SD card.

I tried going through the Sandisk website for a return, but their site asked for the most useless information, did not work, and would not let me submit a replacement request without giving me the same error.

I am never buying another Sandisk reader, going with IOGear or someone else!

Fantabulous.

I bought this for use when traveling so I could upload pictures to e-mail and to post on Facebook. Worked great. The only complaint I had was not with the device but the computers I was using. PCs especially, don't seem to want using this to be easy and a little searching was required to find the correct drive. Once found though everything went smoothly. I plugged it into my Mac however and it pulled it up and recognized it immediately. I now carry it in my everyday bag along with my camera for easy uploading of pics wherever I go.

I use the Sandisk MobileMate SD Plus Memory Card Reader to upload images to iPhoto on my MacBook. I'm satisfied; it works without a hiccup. I wish the LED on the end were a little brighter, so I could see that the connection was on or off without picking up the laptop and peering at the end of the card reader. So convenient & easy to use

I have had this for almost a year now and just purchased another for my husband, as he was always borrowing mine and not returning it to my computer. It is so easy to download pictures with this device - just take the memory card out of your camera and insert it into this and the pictures pop up to be transferred to your computer files. I am an Amazon and Craigslist seller, so I use this practically every day - it just stays plugged into my computer.
