Muito Bom

O Tom Peters escreve de uma forma que torna a inovação um tema acessível a todos. O livro é muito bem formatado e graficamente atraente. Recomendo a quem busca uma leitura agradavel e atual.

Tom Peters scores again

I'm a fan of Mr. Peters and have been since reading "In search of excellence" and viewing "A Passion for the Customer". His fertile mind is constantly taking things that seem out of reach and letting us reach them through the use of the obvious. Re-imagine is another stop along the way as Peters lifts himself up among the guru's of American management.

Our 'Bible' In the Office

If you want your business to make a difference in the world go read this book. It'll turn your world upside down and you'll never wake up the same again.

Full of photos, quotes, stories, and other remarkable ideas this is not like any other. The book follows its own advice in that it is a Re-Imagination of a Business Book!

An Interesting Read

This is an interesting book written by an ebullient writer who drives his point home with passion and enthusiasm. This makes Tom Peters one of the most influential management gurus of recent times.

The book, however, has some limitations. Among them are frequent repetitions, a style that some readers may find annoying. The format of writing is in some places difficult to read, particularly where text is written over grey images. However, my major problem with the book is the author's negative views about quality management. Quality management is very critical in the industry that I work (airline industry), especially the need for innovative ways eliminate errors.

The other limitation is that the information is largely not new, especially for those like me that have read a number of Tom Peters (including those he co-authors). For those who may be reading his books for the first time, then this is a great book.

Despite some of the limitations highlighted above, I like the innovative way Tom Peters designed the book, which is unconventional to say the least. The old fashioned reader may not appreciate the apparent chaotic way the book is presented, particularly the often colorful and cluttered page layout.

All in all, a provocative book from a writer and speaker well known for bombastic and passionate ideas that should be of great interest, although it is not among Tom Peters' best works.
