fast, convinient and stylish

the mouse arrived very quickly after the purchase was made. no problems with it. plug in and go (literally). lights up so it entertains my Bettas and it's green.

Great little mouse at a great price.

Companion purchase to the pink mouse (my wife's choice!) ... powered with internal light from the USB connector ... plug-n-play compatible. Works fine with my deskdop XP and replaced the worn out HP mouse.

Fun little mouse for laptop

When I got my new laptop I realized I was going to need a mouse for all of the work I do on it. I wanted something fun and different than the same boring gray and black optical mice I was finding.

The Saitek Notebook Mouse is exactly what I'm looking for. It is definitely pink - a very hot pink. The clear parts show you the inside of the mouse. It has two buttons and a scroll wheel in the middle just like any mouse. It connects via a USB port.

The two most important things I should warn you about is that the size is smaller than a traditional mouse. It's something you get used to but if you have larger hands and/or challenges with your hands (arthritis, etc.) this may not be the mouse for you. I thought this would be a problem for me but my hand "re-learned" how to use the mouse and now I have no problems.

The other issue is that the mouse stays illuminiated even when not in use. When the mouse is at rest it has a bluish-white light coming from the scroll wheel (think a white LED type look). When you move the mouse the white light doesn't change but you do also get the red light of the optical mouse down below. This may not be a problem for you but if you're going for low key, this may not be the direction you want to head.

I, however, love this mouse. It feels good in my hand, definitely not flimsy. It also works on a variety of surfaces. I've used it on couch's arm rest, a regular table and, right now, on a Pottery Barn catalogue. There have been no problems with any of the variety of surfaces.

If you're looking for something to individualize your laptop computing, this is definitely the way to go.

Worked right out of the box and looks great. Has internal illumination powered by the USB connector, Plug-N-Play recognized.

A baby yellow mouse!

It is such a baby! And so yellow! I bought it to go along with my yellow dell inspiron. I also got a yellow laptop bag. It's looking good!

Oh, the mouse works great by the way.
