The devil is in the delivery
I got my box AFTER the ups website said that the shipment has been "damaged" and was being returned to Amazon. The
bottles
were sticky and soapy - clearly, some bottle had sprung a leak. But the oddest thing was that the box only had 11 bottles! I haven't contacted Amazon yet, but I hope they give me a refund for that bottle.
LEAKING PROBLEM FIXED
I got my shipment yesterday without the slightest leak. They did just what one reviewer suggested--they put a piece of cardboard in such that it held the lids shut. The
lavender
fragrance is amazing, and it cleans just as well as mainstream brands. I use this as handsoap as well as
dish
liquid
. No complaints at all!

One bottle broken
I received my box today and one bottle's top broke off and leaked through the box. DHL left the box on my porch anyway. I fault DHL more than Amazon. The
lavender
fragrance is nice, I cannot really comment on the cleaning ability yet. If it's not satisfactory, I'll post an addendum for your review.
FYI: Amazon came through by refunding for the one damaged bottle.I liked this product so much (but must still use Dawn for real greasy pans)that I use one bottle a month and stock up on all 7th Generations lavender products when there is a coupon special. Try the laundry products.

No chemicals a plus
I had never used
seventh
generation products before but it was on sale at our local grocery store and I decided to give it a try. I usually use dawn and I was happy with it. Here is the best part though. When I ran out of the seventh generation I simply went back to dawn
dish
soap. After a couple of days of using the dawn, my hands broke out with painful and itchy bumps. At first I thought that it couldn't be the dishsoap because I had been using dawn for for years and didn't seem to have a problem. I tried to watch my diet to see if it was something I had eaten, I tried changing my blankets in my bed, and many more things. Then after about a week I decided to switch back to the seventh generation to see if that had an effect. Well the next day the bumps were gone. I can only think that some of the chemicls that are in dawn reacted to my skin. I don't know if I had somehow become immune to them before from using it so much, or what the explanation is. All I know is that they went away when I used the seventh generation so I decided to switch permenately. It really made me think about what I might of been exposing myself to over the years. The other cleaners might require a little less scrubbing but what does that cost you. I would rather scrub more and not have to worry about the chemicals that I am exposing myself to.

Great Environmentally Friendly Dish Detergent
I've already used this product and was thrilled to find it on Amazon at a great deal. It's environmentally friendly with a great aroma and works to boot!
