The post was outdated when I purchased the item. Money was refunded in full immediately. Eventually purchased an 80 gb video refurbished from an alternate site due to my desire to have a replacement asap.

Product was in condition described. We did have to upgrade the software from the Apple website though. But this was a minor glitch. Overall we're satisfied w/ the purchase, service and delivery.

This is a classic, having much more pros then cons. But I would like to have a possibility of battery replacement and much more connections then those offered.
