Kensington presenter

The Kensington 33374 presenter was the second one I purchased - the first was for my company and the second for myelf. Needless to say I am pleased in every way with this product. I especially like the way the USB interface stores in the presenter itself when not in use. Easy to use, stands up to hard use.

Does exactly what it should

This is a great product. It feels great in the hand, and it's easy to identify the buttons by touch. It works great out of the box using Keynote on my MacBook, and others have used it for Powerpoint on an XP machine without any problems.

I wish you had a way to rate products above five stars. On a 5-star rating system, the Kensington Wireless is at least worth ten stars. This little gadget is fantastic. It makes giving a PowerPoint presentation so much better. I went to a recent lecture where the presenter kept going back to his laptop to change the screen and thought, "Never again for me." Highly recommended. And here's a word of advice: get the version with the red dot pointer.

TKensington 33374 Wireless Presenter with Laser Pointer The Kensington Presenter does exactly what I wanted it to do and is very comfortable in the hand as it does it. The ability to turn off the image on the screen solves a problem I have had for a long time. It is a great product that feels well made.

Makes presentations look professional!

I had used one of these presenters before because our Toastmasters District Leadership has one. I purchased the Kensington 33374 with Laser pointer for several reasons. First, the dongle stores inside the unit and turns it off to save the battery. Second it is simple to use, no software drivers,etc. You just plug it into a USB port and go. The buttons are simple, forward, backward, B Key and laser pointer/F5.
I've used it several times at work now and it allows me to walk around the room while advancing the slides. It makes me look like a professional speaker.
The only negative thing I can say about this unit is that they combined the F5 key, which starts a PowerPoint presentation with the laser pointer key. This means that everytime you use the laser pointer, you are also hitting F5. This works ok in PowerPoint, but in other software, it does whatever F5 does in that software. In Word or Excel, for example, it brings up the Go To box. This makes the laser pointer pretty much usesless in anything other than PowerPoint.
Overall, however, this is a super product.
