Decent webcam

Good webcam with low light capability and good resolution. Video is a bit yellow-green, but not a problem. A bit of a clumsy attachment to the monitor.
The "follow me" setting is an unnecessary frill. Some people get annoyed watching the camera constantly trying to reframe my face. I just keep it off.
Good value overall.

By far it is the best webcam in the market

I purchased a QuickCam Pro 9000 to replace an older version of webcam that I had, this product is unbelievably clear and has HD technology included, it is so good that I just ordered another one to use with my Laptop. I highly recommend this product as I am very sure that you too will be very happy with it.

Not great, but good.

A little bit better than the Pro 5000 but it is harder to mount on top of the monitor. Its bracket is not flexible. The Pro 5000 has a flexible bracket and is a little easier to mount.

So far, it's great

It's almost like being there! My son introduced me to video conferencing. Both of my children have laptops with webcams so I can see them and my grandchildren - we all live in different states. I wanted them to be able to see me. I researched quite a bit before I made my selection of the Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000. I chose it based on other reviews and the price. The software installed with no problems - I have Windows Vista. So far, it's worked great. Everytime I use it I learn something new that I can do with it. Definitely, would recommend this webcam.

Excellent Webcam

If you have fast computer, this is a great webcam. The autofocus feature works very well. This unit works well in very dim light. I have used it with Comcast's video email and Microsoft's live messenger. I am very happy with it. I, also, have slower computer with an 800 MHZ processor that I tried it with. It pays to read the minimum requirements. If your system meets those requirements, I recommend this product with no reservations.
